Donation Notification

Please notify us if you or another donor scheduled a direct donation. This can include donations made via Check, ACH, Wire, Securities, or Other transfers. Legacy needs this information to correctly identify the donor and intended recipient charitable fund. This allows Legacy to send the donor a donation receipt once the funds are received. It also ensures the funds are allocated to the intended charitable fund.

Please attach any relevant reference or backup documentation applicable.
